PrimeClean - Luxury Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services for residential, office, and commercial spaces. We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable cleaning services to keep your space clean, organized, and sanitized. Please note, we do not provide cleaning services for medical facilities. Scope of Services: We offer a variety of cleaning services, including: General cleaning (residential and commercial) Deep cleaning and specialty cleaning (carpets, windows, upholstery) Restroom sanitation Kitchen and breakroom cleaning Trash removal and recycling Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping) Post-construction and move-in/move-out cleaning Scheduling and Availability: Services are available as one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and weekend services based on availability. A cleaning schedule will be agreed upon during the initial consultation. Pricing: Pricing is based on the size of the space, type of service, and frequency of cleaning. A custom quote will be provided after a consultation or site visit. Additional fees may apply for specialized services. Client Responsibilities: To ensure an efficient service, clients are asked to: Provide access to the property during the scheduled service time. Secure or remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas. Inform us of any areas requiring special attention (e.g., heavy stains, high-traffic areas). For commercial clients, ensure that confidential items are properly secured. Service Guarantee: We are committed to delivering quality service. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a re-clean at no extra charge. Liability: While we take great care, PrimeClean is not liable for damage to fragile or unsecured items. Clients should secure valuable or delicate items before the cleaning. Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Health & Safety: We use eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure safety for both clients and our team. If you have specific preferences or concerns, please let us know in advance. Access & Security: Our staff is fully trained and background checked. If needed, we can arrange secure key access or a lockbox. Please inform us if you have specific security needs.
